At Gaspar’s Luxury Estate, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase made through our website.
1. Vacation Rental Bookings
Vacation rental reservations made through Gaspar’s Luxury Estate are processed through third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb, Lodgify, Booking.com, Peerspace, or similar providers.
All cancellations, booking changes, and refunds related to stays are subject to the terms and policies of the platform used to complete the reservation. Guests should refer to the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
Gaspar’s Luxury Estate does not override the refund or cancellation policies of third-party booking platforms.
2. Merchandise and Gift Shop Purchases
Merchandise sold through our online gift shop may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners, including Printful.
Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, color, or variant, or other preference-based reasons.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@Ilfuturoproperties.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost packages
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@Ilfuturoproperties.com. We will work with the fulfillment provider to review the shipment and determine next steps.
Returned shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or because the package was unclaimed, reshipping fees may apply.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved for an eligible merchandise issue, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
