  Yes. Sirenita's Cavern has a mini-split air conditioning system to help keep the game room cool and comfortable year-round. Whether you’re visiting Gaspar’s Luxury Estate for a Tampa bachelor party, golf trip, family getaway, or private retreat, this indoor entertainment space is designed to keep your group comfortable in every season. If you would like the room cooled before check-in, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to have it running ahead of your arrival. A remote is provided so you can adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.
• Is there a mini fridge nearby for drinks?
  Yes. We have four mini fridges located throughout the property for your beverage cooling needs, including one inside Sirenita's Cavern. It’s a convenient setup for groups enjoying the game room, pool area, or a weekend stay at our Tampa short-term rental.
• Is there a TV in the game room?

• What size is the ping pong table?
  The table tennis setup at Gaspar’s Luxury Estate features the STIGA Onyx Indoor Table Tennis Table with a tournament-grade net set. Measuring 108" L x 60" W, it offers guests a full-size ping pong experience and is a favorite for families, bachelor parties, traveling golfers looking to unwind off the green, and work events alike.
• What size is the shuffleboard table?
  Our shuffleboard table is 9 feet long and offers a unique two-in-one gaming experience both inside and out of the Tampa head. Guests can enjoy classic shuffleboard, as well as a bowling-style game option for a fun twist. It’s a great activity for family stays and group getaways.
• What games are available in Sirenita's Cavern?
  Sirenita's Cavern includes table tennis/ping pong, shuffleboard, shuffleboard bowling, foosball, skeeball, and oversized Jenga. We also have a secondary indoor gaming area inside the home with a pool table, poker table, board games and darts, plus a 51-foot putting green in the garden area. • Can guests play music in the game room?
  Yes. Sirenita's Cavern includes a Sonos smart speaker so guests can stream music and enjoy the space. We simply ask that music be kept at a respectful volume, and that doors remain closed when playing music after 10 PM. This helps keep the experience fun for guests while also being respectful of the surrounding neighborhood.
• Are the lights in Sirenita's Cavern customizable?
  Yes. The game room includes LIFX smart lighting that guests can control. You can choose from preset lighting themes or customize the colors to create your preferred atmosphere, whether you’re setting the mood for a relaxed golf trip hangout, wedding reception, bachelor party weekend, or a family game night. Please note that, like most smart devices, the lights rely on a consistent internet connection. On rare occasions, they may temporarily drop from the network. If this happens, the lights may remain on the last selected color setting until they reconnect.
• Can guests open the garage doors while playing inside?
  Entry doors and windows may be opened for fresh air while guests are actively using the game room. However, the large garage doors must remain closed. This helps protect the game tables from weather damage and keeps the space secure. We also ask that guests close any open windows and doors when leaving the game room, especially overnight or when leaving the property.
• Do you permit bachelor parties at Gaspar’s Luxury Estate?
  Yes, we do. Bachelor parties are one of our most popular guest groups at Gaspar’s Luxury Estate, thanks to the property’s unique aesthetic, luxury amenities, and central Tampa location. • Does Gaspar's Luxury Estate provide golf clubs and balls for the putting green, or do guests need to bring their own?
  Yes, we do. While many of our guests visit Gaspar’s Luxury Estate for Tampa golf trips, we do not expect everyone to arrive fully equipped. We provide golf balls and a set of putters for guests to use on our 51-foot garden putting green, including both right-handed and left-handed options. The clubs and golf balls can be found inside Sirenita's Cavern, along the wall facing the pool. Of course, avid golfers are welcome to bring their own favorite putter if they prefer, but we have the basics ready so guests can enjoy a casual round between pool sessions, outings, or tee times.
