At Gaspar's Luxury Estate, the privacy and security of our guests are our highest priorities. Our property is equipped with a professional exterior monitoring system.

For your peace of mind, 24/7 exterior video surveillance is utilized at all entry points and perimeter amenities, including the driveway, front entrance, pool area, firepit, mini-golf course, Smugglers Den bar, and rooftop lounge.

Please note the front doorbell supports two-way communication for guest assistance, while all other perimeter cameras provide video security only.To ensure a serene environment and remain compliant with local ordinances, the estate featuresprivacy-safe smart home sensors. These devices monitor for smoke, tobacco/vaping, humidity, occupancy counts, and excessive decibel levels. They are 100% privacy-compliant anddo not record or transmit any audio or video from inside the home.Interior spaces are entirely private, there are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the estate.

All accommodations feature keypad-secured access with codes that are reset between every stay. Guest information and booking details are securely managed and stored by our partner platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Lodgify, and Peerspace). We prioritize keeping all communication within these secure channels and only utilize text or calls for time-sensitive matters, such as the dispatch of repair personnel or urgent guest requests. You can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind, knowing that your safety, comfort, and confidentiality are always protected.
